Hello everyone, I was listening to a song a friend gave to me. What do you think of the word bravery, mean for you and for others? Many people have trouble in life being brave. It....can be hard for many people to be brave in public. And to do things in order to help ourselves. Many of us can lock up something and not be brave about it. But, if you do one bravery it......will lead to another for you. Then eventually you will be confidant about it. So many can be afraid to do this, so they don't get laughed at in a way or......get shun upon. And when someone get misread of what they might say....most can be shallow about it. Many of us have a voice. And the words to say, what we want to really say. but....because of a lack confidence, some won't be able to say it so easily....some can struggle with this word. And there are others that are brave confidently.....people can run from this. Not all public people are brave in life, some are not at all. I have come to realize there are times when you have your moments, when you are brave.....like for instance, standing up for your friends. Letting people know what you are hiding, that no one knows. Or telling something that can shock people. That is only if you have come to trust your friends, or people. Seeing how great they are, I think.....we are all brave. But, when the right time comes, it will naturally come to us. Even the people who are not brave, they are one too. I wish I can be brave, I really do but....I am not that type of person, as we are all different. So.....In what way does this word mean for you? How can you advise those who need help? What do you think of the word and......how does it affects us in a way. Please explain if you can.

Bravery...I think of that word as standing up for friends, family, and any other person, defending what is right, not running from a difficult situation, saying what should be heard, or just simply doing something some people are afraid to do, like taking risks.

Some people say I am brave, but I only think I am a little brave. I try to stay strong in difficult situations and I usually defend or help my friends. Other times though, I quietly run away or feel afraid to do something...

Enii why you not think you brave . I know a lot of people who are not as brave or as strong as you . I mean you do so much things . It is kinda astounding . And maybe there is a bit of bravery in everyone BUT they do not know how to use or unlock it . In the end it is all about being confident in a situation without knowing the outcome of said situation . But when standing up for yourself and your friends you tend unleash your  inner bravery as seen in movese and stuff

I think bravery is the fact you aren't afraid to speak up about unjust things. It's also not being discouraged by things that seem impossible, that might hurt you- but make it through. Being able to stand up for what you believe in, and standing up for friends and strangers. Bravery can be many things to many different people.


To me, bravery is mainly being able to be yourself- not caring about what others may think, not caring that it makes you seem weird and outlandish, not caring that you may never be with the 'in-crowd'. The best bravery by far is being yourself, cause no one else can be you.

I think bravery is having the confidence to take a stand and say what is on your mind without worrying about what other people think and how they judge you. You are not discouraged by what other people say or think.  You go on and take a risk that may end badly, but you do it anyway. 


I think that bravery is defending what is right and what you believe in no matter what anyone else thinks. I can be brave at times, but on the other hand, I can also be kind of shy and quiet. I think that bravery is one of the strongest traits to have, and very few truly have it.

I think sad secrets had a pretty good definition of bravery. This is a good thread by the way.
