I always run or walk up them for some reason . Just my natural urge to be different I guess . But I always hate running up stairs . Imagine that I always wonder why they don't put escalators at my school instead of stairs because I am always complaining about too many stairs and when I am on an escalator I choose to run up them ..... Meh

Mr. Zed : haha, well I hope you're not knocking old ladies and children out of the way when you run up those escalators.

Unless I'm in a rush to get somewhere(which I'm usually not), I typically just sit there. Escalators were made for lazy people like me, so I'm glad for it to do the work.

I just enjoy the ride, I mean there is no point if you are walking up it as well, unless you are really in a  hurry, but otherwise, you might as well just use stairs instead. Plus it would look goofy for a teenager to act like a weenie kid running up the escalator like that. That seems more of something my little brother would do.
