In general, I like to drink room temperature water. For some reason it's easier to drink large quantities of water that way.

But cold water is also nice if it's a hot day, or if I'm trying to lower my body temperature after exercise.

I definitely prefer a bottle of water of ice cold. They feel much more refreshing than a dull bottle of water of room temperature. Ice cold water usually clears my throat as room temperature water does not cause much effect. I mean, water of room temperature is not terrible, but I would definitely prefer a bottle of water of ice cold much greater.

I like room temperature water more. Ice cold water hurts my throat and doesn't refresh me very much. It's also easier to stay sufficiently hydrated for sports seasons with room temperature water, since I can drink a whole glass without wasting too much time.
