My favorite Spider Man movie is the first one, no doubt about it. All of the others sucked in my opinion. The first one is the only one that I actually enjoyed.

Another favorite movie thread eh? The first one was my favorite and I also liked the third one as well because of venom and the symbiote. 

I thought the amazing spider man was also pretty good although it wasn't the same without tobey maguire I will say. But nevertheless, I thought the plot and the movie were pretty good for the most part. But out of all of the spider man movies, I'd say that I liked the 1st and the 3rd ones the best. 

Good question by the way, I didn't really like the 2nd spider man movie by the way, the third one was alright, but overall I think the 1st one was the best personally. 

I kind of enjoyed the second movie, just because you see Peter Parker losing everything during the first half of the movie. The young hero loses his best friend, the love of this life, and seeing his Aunt May losing the house. Not to mention that Spider Man was losing the powers that made him spectacular and amazing. Doubting himself as a hero and the loss of people that he cares dearly about, he throws in the towel on the hero business and focuses on what he can do as a normal human being. The scene when Peter Parker regained his powers when he was finally going to kiss Mary Jane, without his Spider Man costume, kept me on the edge of my seat. Finally he would kiss the love of his life and her knowing it was Peter who kissed her. Till you see a slow motion sequence of Peter Parker regaining his powers and gracefully dodging the incoming car that would take both the lives of him and his secret crush. Of course Doc Ock true intent was to capture Mary Jane to lure Spider Man into a trap, which Peter of course goes with web cartridges blazing. After taking out the insane Dr. Spider Man without his mask, protects Mary Jane from falling debris. As she is shocked as Peter Parker is this amazing hero all he says is "This is really heavy..." followed by some romantic lines. After that, the person that Mary Jane was going to marry, she runs out with her wedding dress to where her real love has always been. Memorable movie for me, the others were great but this one I really enjoyed. 

The Spider-Man series is a weird case for me. My favourite in the series is definitely the very first movie. Although I wouldn't say it's the best Spider-Man movie. That one goes to Spider-Man 2, imo. The first Spider-Man movie is one of the movies I grew up with, and just hold close to my heart. But Spider-Man 2 was just better. It showed Spider-Man's greatest weakness, Doc Ock was (even) more likeable than the Green Goblin, and the train scene... Spider-Man 3 was decent, but sort of disappointing with its cluttered story and the fact that Gwen Stacey was such a poor character. The Amazing Spider-Man was much better than Spider-Man 3, but still not quite as good as Spider-Man 2.

But if you'd ask me which Spider-Man movie I would watch, I'd choose the first movie.

I preferred The Amazing Spider Man above all of the rest. That was one of the first films I actually got into. I hate superheroes now, but the first film I could always watch!

My favorite spiderman movie was Spiderman 2 (2006) starring Tobey McGuire. While I love the first one so much, the fact that he loses his powers in the second one and must stop Doctor Octopus's miniature sun puts this one on top.

I like the Amazing Spiderman best; I'm a big fan of how Spiderman was in the comics, so seeing him in the Spiderman 1, 2, and 3 movies felt like he was a stranger, not the Spiderman I knew.

First Spider-man movie is still one of my favorite, Tobey Maguire is just the perfect actor for Spidey, The new "The amazing Spider-man" sucks so much that it makes me cry blood.

Cactuar : I know, right? I was so disappointed when it came out. 

The producers of the original were going to shoot a fourth movie, but they were trying some weird high school age ideas that caused McGuire to quit.

I would have to say Spiderman 3 with Tobey Maquire, I like the dark spidey suit and his lack of mercy.
