This time of year, Fall, Thanksgiving and soon Christmas, is sure as heck a lovely time of year, with lots of people smiling. It is personally my favorite time of year, and I can't help being happy during Fall time. 

The smell of cinnamon and pumpkin spice gives me a fuzzy warm feeling, and so does hot chocolate. 

Mainly, other people happy during this time of the year makes me happy. I see a lot of good Samaritans taking in homeless people for the holidays, but also for the winter, and it is just so nice. 

I see a lot of kind acts of integrity and compassion these days, and that makes me smile. 

Anything going on in your life that makes you smile? Any time of the year especially?

With not much good happening at this time in my life (aside from my birthdays being in five days), I need to have something to smile about, and my amazing girlfriend, who's name will be withheld,makes my life absolutely wonderfull. Definitely my friends.
I'll walk around, sulking over something stupid that I've done in the past, or focusing on all my bad traits, then I'll talk to my friends, whether in real life or online, and I'll start ranting. They stoically take it, then cheer me up by reminding me of my GOOD traits, and the good things I've done with my life, and I'll smile.
I'm so freakin' lucky to have such amazing friends. I honestly don't know what I would do without them :')
But I can agree, hearing of kind acts always makes me smile. So does my cat. My friends just happen to be my biggest source of smiles.
