It's final evolution, Goodra, actually seems like a pretty good Pokémon. I don't really like the name, but I'd probably pick one up for my in game team. Anyone know if it's any good competitively?

Chewedmint : I posted before I have a Goodra so I can give you some tips for having and taking care of a Goodra.

I highly recommend to catch a Goomy at Route 14. You can catch it after getting the 5th Gym Badge in Lumious City. (Go north if you want to go to Route 14 from Lumious City.) When you catch a Goomy, it knows the move Dragon Breath already, which is pretty powerful.
It evolves at Level 40 into a Sliggoo. The defense became a little stronger but the attack too of course. The speed is good in my opinion.
It evolves at Level 50 into a Goodra if you let it evolves when it rains. Sometimes it rains at Route 14 as well. (Many places actually.)
Teach it moves like Dragon Meteor and Dragon Pulse. I also recommend to teach it Sludge Bomb. To let the Fairy types faint of course.
Still it can learn a lot of moves like Muddy Water, Outrage and Power Whip + many more moves. Like you can see, it can learn Grass and Water Moves. Sadly it can't learn Dragon Claw.. The best point of Goodra is it's Special Defense, it's unbelievable high and smashing!

well goomy is actually going down hill
we talk of beating him up, marrying him, and having goomy evolve into goomy... also the back of my palm burst from the goomy clicking game and i now have a hernia. we must rebuild him, like do some fan art or imagine mega goodra or something. please, for the sake of our lord

I don't know why goomy is so popular, but I just caught one and I am going to evolve it into an awesome goodra because believe it or not it is really strong and it has great moves and stats. I only have 9 levels until I get it into its second stage evolution and then at 50 or so it should evolve into Goodra. I think it will turn out to be a pretty awesome pokemon overall. It has a lot of potential in its final forms so I am going to do my best to train it well.
