 this is the only thing that appears right in between the chat box and the left side of the window game. it was working well last night and its happening on every game/ helpppppp please

I'm going to assume you've tried to play this game before, so I won't test the game to see if it's the problem. If this was your first time playing the game, please let me know.

A couple of possible fixes. Try switching internet browsers (I recommend Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox). I also want to mention that the RGR plugin is required to play most games, and that the plugin is not compatible with Mac.

Also, did you switch computers, download anything, or disallow the plugin from working via your security program? It also might be a problem with your internet, have you been having internet problems?

Could be a plugin-hang issue. Could you check your Task Manager and go to the Process tab - find the process plugin-container.exe and then end the process. Also, make sure that no instances of chrome.exe or iexplore.exe are running in the processes, if they are end their processes (ending the chrome or iexplorer processes will close your browser) and then try the game again.

Edit: By the way, you can access your Task manger with the Ctrl, Shift, and Esc keys.
