So as far as I know, I am the second person to have reached 100 in post rating. It does make me feel good in that people like things I have to say. Granted, some of my posts have gotten a dislike here and there, but that would mean that I have had more than 100 likes, technically

Yeah, it's not a surprise, like Singelli said. Being third place is pretty awesome. You have things to say, and say them correctly. If someone's disagreeing with you, you still fight back.

You've got a lot of quality in your posts, which is why you're so high up, and ultimately, why I idolize you. Keep going, and put both my best friend AND David to shame strive for first place!

Barathemos : As much as you want to blame me, I have only disliked ONE of your posts. I almost never touch the like/dislike button unless I feel it is particularly captivating (either positively or negatively) to me. Your -21 was nothing to do with me. That was all you. 10 of those dislikes were from your first post in my "Pointless Thread" tread. You were clearly on the minority side of that topic, but the reason why your post got downrated so much was because you were very rude in that post. You can blame me all you want, but I did not summon you to that thread. I didn't bait you in any way. I didn't even think about you when I made that thread. You are the one who made the decision to jump in and make a rude post. I didn't make you do that, so it was NOT because of me. I never encouraged anyone else to downrate you. My contribution to your -1 is a single negative rating I gave one of your posts.?

tgags123 : I think David would catch up first (if anyone did). People tend to like his posts a lot because he often brings good news

rcarter2 : That and a lot of people like to kiss his butt since he is the owner I am actually surprised that I even passed David and more surprised that I am still ahead of David. I am pretty sure that he (and probably you too) will pass me soon. I feel that I have been making shorter and spammy posts lately (I am trying to add as much detail as I can, but it is hard sometimes) and that it is hurting my post rating. I actually got my first dislike yesterday.

tgags123 : I have noticed that you and I follow a same trend. Yes, we get likes here and there. But both of us do have specific posts that just get a wave of ratings. Typically, it is when we have made threads that people really agree with

Barathemos :  Oddly enough, I agree with rcarter2 completely.  I had mentioned how I wanted to create that thread but he beat me to it. Well, when I thought of creating it, you did NOT cross my mind.  When I read rcarter's thread.... still.. you did NOT cross my mind.

I've warned you about making assumptions, haven't I?  If you hadn't flown off the handle and assumed people were talking about you, you wouldn't have been so rude, and you wouldn't have gotten so many dislikes.

I WILL tell you that I've downrated several of your post.  For the past several days, you have been nothing but rude and hateful nearly everywhere you post. As long as you continue to have a bad attitude and as long as you continue to treat others badly... guess what? I'll still continue to rate your posts down.  There's no sense in lashing out at people who care about you and care about the forum.


Next time your anger starts to take control.... do everyone a favor: Step away from the computer.  You don't want people to see you badly, do you?  I KNOW you don't. In that case.... don't give people a reason to. Next time.... just step back until you can post in a more reasonable answer.

Nobody was 'taking away your dignity' by rating your posts down.  As mentioned above.. you did that yourself.

We love you and everyone has their faults, but the only way to fix them is to own up to them.



Now, let's not turn rcarter2's magnificent accomplishment into a reason to flame one another.  rcarter2 is an astounding poster and I'm sure you wouldn't want rain brought upon your OWN celebrations.  Be happy, show love, forgive, and move one.

Every user deserves at least that much.
