i enjoy mega man 3, lots of dangers and fun, i dont exactly know all glitches, maybe someone can share some glitches, i discovered one that can remove the things that create electric walls in spark mans stage, i think they are called electric gabyoalls


this glitch is when you see a gabyoall, when the gabyoall you want gone is visible go left and when the gabyoalls are moving right move right close enough so they go offscreen, then they vanish, this way its easier to get past them, does not work in reverse movement

You can get the Rush Jet before beating Needle Man. Just beat Shadow Man and on the next stage, select his weapon and hit right. Then hit start. You'll select a weapon that's not listed. You won't have any energy for it, but you can fill that up later. You can do the same for Rush Marine using Spark Shock.
