as the title says do you want to be an astronomer when your older?

I would love to be an astronomer when I get a job. iv been into astronomy ever since I was 5. I even named my oc pony Star Study because of my love for astronomy and books on my profile pic hes watching the stars.

I know a lot about astronomy but because im bad at math my dream may not come true.

Good question! I would actually love to be an astronomer when I grow up since my job will be really fun of course. I would love to see how the stars and planets will look like in space plus I will get paid a lot for such a fun job. It will be fun to observe things I like. If only this was possible for me though...

I'm always watching on videos on other planets, stars and galaxies found in space. Currently love the Kepler program on the search for Earh-like planets in the habitual zones of a solar system. Yeh you need brilliant math to be one professionally but honestly I much prefer it as a hobby because I can take my time and really do what I want. I am good at math, but I'd rather just look and study at the stars. So I'd love to be an astronomer.

When I was really young, like 5 I wanted to be an astronaut, but as I got slightly older I started to go more to astronomy. I love space and everything about it. If I did not live in a big town that is growing I would take why telescope out and observe the stars and plants all night on the weekends. The math part of the astronomy would not be a problem because I learn math just by looking at an example of it.

I don't want to be an astronomer since I don't want to do physics for a living. One of my good friends in college right now wants to be an astrophysicist, which I find really neat. If I decide to do science, I would choose biology. I really think outer space and its parts are so intriguing, but I long to travel in space rather than observe it from Earth.

Well, I was interested in space and astronomy, when I was younger.  In fact at my school when I was about 12, we had space as a science subject.  My mum was told by the teachers, they couldn't teach me.  Not because I was being bad, but as I knew more about it than they did!

Still do some amateur astronomy stuff now.  So  you could say that I am an astronomer.
