I don't have a favorite vocaloid, but I really like to listen to Hatsune Miku and Kagamine Rin, but I will listen to any vocaloid as long as the song and the tuning is good for me to enjoy.

I'll have to go with the masses and say Miku. I like her cute, high-pitched voice. But within the appropriate pitches, it's hard to distinguish from a real voice. Rin and Len sound too "digital" for me (though that has its own charm).
