Excited about Pokemon X and Y?

 
Well as the title says, are you excited about pokemon x and y?
I had a feeling that Nintendo would give Evolution an even further push. With Mega-Evolution, powerhouse pokemon become even bigger powerhouses! If you don't like the Mega-Evolution, click no. If you have no problem with it, click Yes. If Undecided, click Undecided.

Personally, In the original Starters, I find Blastoises Mega-Evolution to look AWESOME! Charizard and Venasaurs look ok too, but Blastoise has not one, but THREE water pistons now! HOW SWEET IS THAT!?!?! However, I don't like what they're doing to MewTwo. I liked MewTwo the way he was before. Don't change perfection man.

As much as I love Pokemon, I think X and Y are going to be awful. I think that the fairy type Pokemon are lame and Mega Evolutions is just plain weird.

tgags123 : I feel you there. From my understanding, it's a completely new type of evolution. If my understandings are correct, one must have an Evolution bracelet or something like that, at your bond with your pokemon grows stronger and once it gets to a certain level, it'll Mega Evolve. seems a bit too complex, but those evolution stats and looks are SWEET!

The pictures you have for the mega evolutions look kind of cool actually. But it is mainly about fairy type and the future types of pokemon that I am mainly concerned about. As far as fairies go...well...I kinda saw it coming. Everything anime, TCG, or otherwise either starts with fairies or adds them in eventually. To be honest, I thought Clefairy and such would be a huge clue. I'm curious to see how they follow up X and Y. haha, I can just see Pokemon Z. The main character has Gokus hair and your rival has Vegeta's. XD it makes me laugh just thinking about it

As Barathemos pointed out, there's already a thread for this in the Pokemon forum, so I'm going to go ahead and close this one. Sorry about that. Also, it would be best to make threads for Pokemon games in that forum, since it has a sub-forum for video games. Just for future reference.
