Limited Memberlist Features for Guests

This doesn't affect any of you since you're all users but I figured I'd post about it anyway. Guests have limited features on the memberlist page. Guests are unable to order their search results and are unable to view more than 10 results per a page.

The memberlist is capable of putting strain on the database so there's no reason to allow guests access to use the features that are capable of doing so.

This update and a few more updates are my attempt at fixing the problem where the site goes down for a few minutes randomly every day (usually in the evening).

That's a great idea! Thanks for doing that! The number one thing I hate about the site is that it goes down sometimes. It usually does that when I'm on a posting spree because I view a lot of pages fast and that puts pressure on the site. Hopefully your new update will help a little bit if not a lot.

I think guests should have a few more small limited features too so that way, it can encourage guests to actually register an account on vizzed, plus the site might get less server strains.
