As much as I love Toonami for pure nostalgic reasons I'm okay with it staying dead.
so they cant butcher my memory's.
First time I ever seen gundam mobile suit, Dragon Ball, Cowboy bebop and Naruto was on that show, and those are some damn good memory's  
but if you really wanna watch all those shows there pretty easy to find on the net

I used to watch that all the time, and I miss it.

I remember watching anime on Toonami on TV when I was younger. But since I don't watch TV anymore, I really don't care if it doesn't come back, although it would be nice if it did. After all, I can watch the shows I watched there on the internet.

I still remember this oldness. It was really great and i miss it a ton.

Toonami should have its own channel and just cut titles with Adult swim, because the reason was to  so the anime fans would shut up, Trust me I have dislike Adult swim since they chose to all comedy  own 6 night a week and three hours on Saturdays, {Adult swim} on  showed Anime one night a week.  So did cartoon network, I have watched toonami  since  march 17, 1997  and with School and College, it became Difficult to  try  to watch, and some Saturdays night  I find myself barley  making threw Sword art online or One piece,  But I am working on that.
I hoping  to make it threw one Saturday night, Since I have no DVR  but as a trade off I do have direct tv which has two cartoon network Stations or channel the East and West feed. But I still Go to sleep around one or two O clock.  But yes Back to My Channel Idea  Toonami could have the Action cartoons  like the 1960's -1990's action cartoons during the day. and have Toonami on at night , Because Toonami has way to much Programming only to to show one night  a week.   Tom and the gang were on five years before Adult swim were on sighs and now the new kids aka Adult swim are taking over Cartoon network slowly .  It's happen slowly .  I mean thank you {AS} or {Adult swim}  for showing all the amine like

Ok The furtuire Toonami channel needs some work based on the Programming History, and some major cash to get this rights back but Toonami will become the only source for anime and actions, Because Nick toons and wb don't care about their Programming, Nether does DXD because Disney XD has the Right to the Second Naruto Chapter and Has not show in years plus the Marvel show get miss treated. and the Syfy or The SCIFI wipe out the years of anime programming in 2010 or 2012.  Or could I just be dreaming well Dreams become real with enough work behind them,,  So do I have a good idea or what Anime fans of vizzed. Or will Anime share the same home with Gurnge music shares and that is the net.

I wish that could happen too. I watch a little bit of Toonami myself on Adult Swim, but since it's in the middle of the night, I only watch an 1/8 of the programs. Which sucks since the good anime is mostly on at 3 AM. I don't want to stay up for that. I want it all day! Oh well, internet is here to fill the hole until then.

It is a shame they only show it for a few hours on one night.
With my job I can't be up then and thus have given up watching anime on tv.
It would be amazing to have a free cable network toonami channel.  Or put toonami back on the afternoons. That was awesome coming home from school to watch that with my siblings.  Would love to have it around for the kids to see.  Let them know about anime a culture not of America.  Right now it seems that American media tries to block off everything else even though the doors are being knocked on to let in international media.
