I was knocked out once.  I was crossing the street right by my house and did not look before crossing, however I did look while in the middle of a lane and a Jeep was coming at me doing around 35 mph or so.  I did not want to dive to either side for fear of the Jeep then swerving that way and running me over so I waited until right before it hit me and I jumped up in the air.  I was sent flying about 30 feet and I when I woke up it felt like I had just fallen down but according to witnesses I was out for about five minutes.  At first I didn't feel anything because I had so much adrenaline pumping through me, I could walk around and was fairly coherent.  Later that night I couldn't even walk and it was about a week before I could walk and a couple months before I was back to 100 percent.

when I was littler yes, I have a concaved chest so when I bend my back backwards it restricts blood flow and makes me lose consciousness for few seconds. Needless to say I haven't bent my back like that since we realized that was cause.

I guess I've blacked out recently. A few days ago, I was at the top of my stairs. All of the sudden, I'm at the bottom of my stairs, with a banged up elbow. I have no idea what happened. So I'm just guessing I blacked out and fell down my stairs.

When I got my first tattoo on my left shoulder I remember the sting of it.  I'm not a needle kind of person so I didn't pay attention.  Twenty minutes go by and it was fine and felt like a light burn but the guy did a great job.  Then everything got really hot and I started to sweat and I had dry mouth.  I remember the room starting to close in on me and I got tunnel vision, which is exactly what it sounds like.  The peripheral vision was lost and everything got black except the wall right in front of me.  I was nodding off and suddenly... out.

I woke up a few moments later and my girlfriend went to get me a pop and a Snickers to get sugar back into me.  The tattoo guys were laughing and they teased about taking advantage of me for passing out.

That was the only time it ever happened.  I was maybe 19 years old.

One time, I was standing on a chair in my backyard (I was like 6, don't judge), and my friend thought it'd be fun to kick the chair I was standing on out from under me. :s I remember seeing the ground rush up at me, then seeing sky a few seconds later.

I could go on, but I don't want to bore you with the thousands of times I've been unconscious. You know, every time you sleep, you're technically unconscious. :p

No, I haven't. I've had similar experiences when I was sleep deprived and one second I was on the computer watching a movie and the next second I'm waking up after 6 hours with no clue about how I went to bed.

Yes I have blacked out before. Best I remember, is I had just finished doing homework for a college class. When things got dark, and when I came too my face was in my book. I was also in pain. It was later determined that I had a non cancerous brain tumor. Not to be offensive but I'm a Christian so I give the Lord credit for allowing me to live and giving the surgeon's hands that removed the tumor. That was 4 years ago.

I've only ever blacked out once. I hadn't eaten anything the day before and when I woke up I was dizzy and weak. I went down to the kitchen to grab breakfast and I just remember my vision getting dark and fuzzy around the edges and the counter coming up to meet my face. 

I woke up about 15 minutes later hunched over the counter with my face in the dishes. I had a hard time speaking for a few hours afterwards (my words were really slurred)  and was really shaky, but otherwise fine.

I have blacked out before but I can't just remember when. Probably because it was a long time ago. But less then five years ago, I haven't which I was pretty happy for.
