Oh dang. This is a tough one...If I really had to choose out of the two. I would have to go with Doctor Who. I like Mlp and all, but I've been with the mad man in the blue box longer. I mean, Mlp is cool and all. But Time travel, Dalaks, Bowties, and regenerations never get old. Plus if worse comes to worse the TARDIS may crash through dimensions again but end up in Equestria. (Reference to hunter's post)
