Since we are getting close to  Halloween, have you ever had your own ghostly or other supernatural experience or have you heard a story of such from a friend, co-worker, or family member?

I'll start, I mentioned this on my profile but I currently work at Penney Farms Retirement Community and there are two ALF's (assisted living facility), which are Penmor Place and Beyer House. A dementia ward called Hagen Care, and an actual nursing home called the Pavillion. I heard that there the Pavillion is haunted by someone. Call lights would go off in certain rooms and one of the bathrooms, facets would turn on and at Hagen I heard there is a ghost but I'm not sure what the ghost if the building is haunted does.

If this is in the wrong place I wish the administrators to place it where its suppose to go.

Yes I have actually had very crazy and weird super natural experiences happen to me(Only will name one.)

It was an average Saturday afternoon and the weather out was sunny and beautiful. I was a sophomore in high school and just finished watching a movie with my mother. The movie was not the best movie in the world, actually it was more on the boring side after a while. I forced myself to fall asleep during it because I did not want to ruin my mother's experience since she was enjoying the movie. I finally dozed off as my mother got up to get some popcorn. I dreamed of me where I was laying down and a woman walked in the room. It seemed like we had a very good connection because she sat on my lap and I hugged her and she hugged me. I started to not be able to breathe and was trying to get up but I kept hugging her as I was losing myself. Then I woke up unable to move as if I was paralyzed. My mother walked in the room and got on the coach next to me and I was just laying there for about 20 minutes paralyzed trying to talk but unable to.

The woman you saw in your dream may have been a succubus. They are female demons that seduce men and then drain them, only a strong willed man can resist the temptation by one. Getting rid of one that's already sunk her claws into a man is really hard to get rid of.

Well I have this long running joke that there is a ghost living in my grandma's basement. There is a really old, dark, and musty room in the basement where my grandpa keeps his tools and my brother used to be scared to go in there because he thought that there was a ghost in there. The weird part is, a lot of weird stuff happens at my grandma's house, such as the toilet randomly flushing or the lights randomly going out for a few seconds. We always joke that it is the ghost, but we never think what is actually causing these weird things to happen.

tgags123 : Try an EVP sessions (electronic voice phenomena) in the basement of your grandparents house and throughout it with a simple tape recorder. Ask some questions and with some luck you might get a disembodied voice on the tape.

plantkingman : I would turn off the tv, turn around for a second and then see that the tv is on again but is blank. This has happened multiple times. Once, the TV and clocks went out for about ten minutes, I unplugged them so nothing bad happened, and after 15 more minutes, the clock turned back on for a few seconds.

I have a really spooky story.
My town Had the largest Mental Hospital in Canada. If you want Google it Souris Valley Mental Health Hospital and just look at the storey's about that place, we had a ghost hunter crew try and stay a night in there in 2006-2007, they couldn't do it. Said the place was full of evil.
in fall of 2007 my friends and I got in.
its kinda funny thinking about it now. We didn't realise it at the time but we actually snuck in through the Crematorium window in the basement.
there were giant furnaces surrounding the room and steel tables and only one door in and out that lead to a hallway. A long dark hallway and directly a cross the hall was an open room, it was dark and when we shined our light in it, The light shined back and blinded us. It was a room full of mirrors. Apparently when they did lobotomy to people they would put the in there and just make them look at themselves. I'm not sure why.
down the hall out of pitch darkness there was a light flicker. We were really freaked out by it because the buildings power was shut off. When we went near the room the tempature dropped I could see my breath it was a white tile room with a big black leather chair with straps on it and blood on the wall. We freaked out and backed away from it, we went to the upper floors from there all we could here was random stomping sounds and crying. We left immediately.

upon exiting the building we were arrested and charged with breaking and entering haha, and the building was demolished a few years ago but that place was haunted. No doubt in my mind 
 

I saw a lampshade jump out of the blue all of a sudden on the floor. Crap like this always seemed to happen around my ex. This was the most weirdest thing I saw with my own eyes I still cant think of any rational explanation towards to.

Well, i have had this for maybe a year or so now.
When i use 2 live in Evansville i lived in the center of town and i lived pretty close 2 a couple of gas stations.
I was walking 2 this Marathon gas station because i wanted 2 get these smokes that the other gas station 2 me didn't sell.
When i was walking 2 it this little girl came up 2 me and asked what was the time day and year. Also this was around 3:00 am. Anyway she was dressed really weird. And when i pulled out my phone she looked really freaked out. So i told her the time day and year and she got really freaked out and told me i was a liar and said it was 1950 or 1940 or something like that. I am not sure exactly what year she said because i don't have the best memory in the world and this was a while back. Any way after she called me a liar she vanished. That spooked me a little bit but it didn't 2 much because i have been around ghost a lot. I work at a haunted house every year called the old court house catacombs and that place is actually haunted. It has been tested by professionals and was deemed 2 be haunted. It use 2 be the old jail house and back when it was open beating inmates and torturing them was legal. And i have had a few supernatural experiences in the past in that place. Well anyway, when i got home i was able 2 see orbs of light in my house. My dad and i both knew that the house we was living in was haunted. If anybody has ever truly lived in a house that was haunted then you know what i mean when i say we knew it was haunted. Well, i was able 2 see orbs of light when i wasn't able 2 see them before. A few weeks later i felt really sick and after that i was able 2 know when bad stuff was about 2 happen. I didn't know who it would happen 2 but i just knew. Another few weeks later i was able 2 see good and bad energy in the forms of strings of light. And a few more weeks later i felt really sick and i was able 2 take on the emotions of a ghost. If the ghost was happy, i was happy. If the ghost was sad, i was sad. If the ghost was angry, i was angry and so on. But only if i was in the same room as the ghost, if i left the room that the ghost was in then i would turn back 2 normal. A few more weeks later i started 2 feel really sick again and this time i could see ghost. And that is all of my powers. I haven't told very many people that i know in real life about this. Most of the people i told thought that i was a liar. Even though they know that i don't lie. :/ But why would i lie about this? This would literally be the stupidest thing 2 lie about. Anyway this is my supernatural experience.

Well, I'm not sure if this would count but... A long time ago when I was little, at the corner of my eye, I would see as if there is some dark figure looking thing leaning against the wall and then it randomly gone. Also I have once seen some doors in my old elementary  randomly open and close but these stuff are probably not supernatural. but its weird... 

Some would consider that to be supernatural. However to make sure its not something natural ghost hunters will try to debunk as many claims of supernatural activity as they can to make sure it is unexplainable.
