Just a simple question. I remember playing this ROM way back and in it I managed to defeat the Champion and after the credits rolled I was sent back to the main page. You know, "New Game" and all that. Is this ROM over when you first defeat the champion or was I just not able to get to the post-game stuff? I tried F4, but that just got me to the last save point and not to the post-game stuff.

-Catch Mewtwo
- Catch the 3 birds
- Catch one of the Legendary Dogs (Chose starters- Squirtle for Raikou, Bulbasaur for Entei and Charmander for Suicune)
- Catch Johto pokemon
- Go to other Islands. 

I hoped this helped.

There is a way to get to the post champion stuff. You need to use the in game save feature, not the F2 and F4 saving. It might not work every time, so I think the safest thing to do is to save using F2 before going into the Elite four, and then using the in game saves the rest of the way. If you manage to win, and you can now continue after, it's safe to use the F2 saving again.
