I really like pepperoni and sausage, but I am going to go with pepperoni. I really like it, and it is my favorite pizza topping. I really like sausage too though. (and I don't really like salami)

Sausage is a different class from those two, I'd say, it's more of a hot dog type food than that of pepperoni, salami, or other deli goods. But between pepperoni and salami, I have to say that pepperoni will always be superior in taste.
