LOL!  That is soooooo mean!  I can't believe you did that... but it's so funny!!!! I bet you made quite a mess yourself, trying to get that set up, huh?    Wherever did you get such a goofball idea!

I need prank ideas for my students. Ones that won't get me in trouble. It'd be epic.

Last year I tried one of play4fun's ideas.  I graded a student's paper, but instead of placing a grade in the top like usual, I wrote "I don't know."  She didn't freak out at all. It was so disappointing!

Singelli : It was actually pretty easy ro clean up. I put a clipboard on the edge of the table and slid it on to the cliboard. Then I flipped it over and dumpef it into the sink. I got the idea from an app called iFunny. It is a bunch of funny pictures posted by people.  Then took it out of the app store, so if you don't have it,you can't get it. As for pranks for your students, give them a really long pop quiz about stuff they never learned? Don't count it of course. Would that get you in trouble?

I was going to say that this type of prank is easy to clean up, but I guess you already knew that.

I'm not very good at pranks, but I guess I can give it a try;

Tell your students that there's a secret note under one of their desks. See how many students will either look under them or try to grab the note. Then tell them that the note says; "Gullible."

Singelli : here is one I did with a middle school class that was pretty good. You have to get a few students in on the joke. Tell those students on Friday that you are playing a joke that you need them help. The plan is when they come back on Monday after the weekend, you will start the class by collecting the take-home tests that you gave out (you didn't give out a take home test). The students will likely say "We didn't have a take home test". You can say "Yes I did. We have been preparing for this for weeks. Because this was a take home test, it was worth 150 points (or whatever 1.5x your normal test point worth is). Then those 4-5 students who you have in on it can take out a packet like 10 pages long to 'hand in'. You reward those students with some candy and tell the rest of your class how very upset you are. You thought you were being very generous letting one of their tests be a take home that they would have the entire weekend to work on, and they didn't even bother to remember it. After a minute of this, announce that it was a joke, and give them all a piece of candy (so it should be something small and cheap like Jolly Ranchers or something). When I did that, kids nearly had panic attacks, and the student in on it LOVED being a part of it. 

tgags123 : Wow, that is so hilarious, actually. I love the prank. I may try it on Prank day on school, or April Fools. I don't think my mom would like that if I do that anytime soon. :p

Black Bot : Make sure thast you don't use a glass cup! It might shatter when you try to put it down if you go too fast!

tgags123 : There is an easier way to do it. Get some was paper and cover the top of the glass. make sure the wax paper is large enough to pretty much wrap all the way around the top of the class so you can hold it there tight. Then you can tip the glass around and set it down on the counter/table. Since it is wax paper, you don't have to worry about the water soaking through or the paper ripping. When the cup is set on the table, just pull out the wax paper. That way, you don't have to worry about being quick but gentle, and you don't have to clean anything up from spills.

SunflowerGaming : I put water in a cup and then flipped it over onto the table really fast. If you wanted to do it, rcarter's way would be easier, though.
