1.Interesting concept but overall it is near completely wasted .

2.Massive times skips that the viewers would actually WANT TO SEE.

3.I am not a Feminist but the woman in there are treated like objects or at least semi conscious property there not quite as dumb as your dog or your goat but there not quite as smart as your average male.

4. The writing is touching at times but most of the time it feels like i am reading a comic book and i read comics i love them i am a big fan of spawn deadpool nightwing Deathstroke etc., but i wish that the writing was like a modern comic book not a comic book from the 60.s.

5.Even the hardcore fan base knows about this and agrees about this,the second half feels like a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SHOW if you were going to do something like that than you could have just made this a movie and cut some stuff out and i urge you to see the show again because it feels like a movie if they did that this show could have worked sadly it does not .

Granted...there are a few good things about the show.

1.The animation is amazing some of the best i have seen.

2.The boss battles are EPIC i swear to god i want to watch those all day instead of actual show.

3.The opening theme song is AWESOME i can play it on a loop for ever(the first one not the second one....it sucks).

4.I will admit the relationship between Kirito and Asuna does feel natural and not rushed at all even if you consider the time skips also it does seem like how these teens would react when put in this situation.

5.And this is the thing i love the most,the show does feel very realistic if you put teens and adults in this situation, despite what people think the human mind is not so easily broken sure you would freak out for about a week or 2 but eventually your mind would process the situation that your in and you would adapt to the world in about a month,personally i believe that i would eventually process the information and the situation i am in and i would find a way to get a constant stream of income and just stay in the freaking cities you know where the guards are in, usually in mmo's(This comes from a guy who works at Blizzard Entertainment) the guards are extremely powerful about the max level the game does this for balancing.

And thats my thoughts on the show tell me if you love it or hate it or be a fanboy and say i am the worst piece of human feces to Exist.

My friend watched Sword Art Online.

He says he hates it because it's a) repetitive, b) too predictive, and c) it's unoriginal (people being sucked into a game sort of world? really?)
