If I'm correct, you mean the one where she jumps up and turns into that ball of electricity.

If so, yeah. It's much more powerful than sucking up and becoming a character. The character's power is usually VERY weak on Kirby.

But the Spin Attack is nice. You're sort of evading hits, while getting free, cheap damage off of the opponent.

I could easily pick a choice here and that is clearly the spin/screw attack. For a short period of time, (or if you just keep hitting the jump button in the game), while being able to keep herself in mid-air Samus  becomes a pure wrecking ball of force and electricity. This move can be one of her most destructive move at times and can pretty much allow her the ability to fly and bounce off walls. 

With Kirby it can be a catch 22 based on which enemies you can suck up in a certain level and if it will help you out or not. A challenge at times but not completely ideal.

I really prefer the kirby series over the metroid series, so I'll say the suck up attack. I just find it really cool to just suck up things and spit them out. Sometimes even take their power! The kirby games are unique from any other series, and that is one reason why.

I am not sure WHICK attack I prefer. Lol. I will probably have to go with the Kirby suck attack. They are both really close. I picked Kirby just because I like his games better.
