The reason i like spheal is because it is just cute so freaking cute look at it...who could not love that face 

MOVESET

At the start this pokemon gets a MAJOR jump start because it has 4 moves and not all of them are pointless those moves are defense curl powder snow water gun and growl 

At level 7 we get encore...no

Now at level 13 we get ice ball and ice type move with a base attack damage of 35 and has 90% accuracy and does this for 2-5 turns...decent keep it for now 

At level 19 we get body slam this move has a base attack damage of 85 and this move also has 100% accuracy this is a great move take it 

At level 25 we get aura beam this move has a base attack damage of 65 and has 100% accuracy this is a good move i say take it 

NOW at level 31 we get hail...no 

Okay at level 32 we get sealeo and its freaking CUTER EEEEHHHH- uh i mean *clears throat* eh its alright...EEEEHHH

Now at level 39 we get rest and snore...take it if you want but i dont like it 

okay at level 44 we get Walrein and i am sure its just as cute looking as its other.....the fu-

Alright right when this thing evolves we get ice fang a ice type move with a base attack damage of 65 with 95% accuracy and also this move has a 10% chance of freezing the target 

Okay at level 52 we get blizzard this move has a base damage of 120 and also has 70% accuracy and finally it has a 10% chance of making the target freeze now funny fact here in the Japanese version of all pokemon game this move has a 30% chance of making the target freeze not a 10% chance.....freaking Japanese always getting the good stuff 

NOW at level 64 we get sheer cold....this move has completely random damage...DONT TAKE IT MORONS THE MOVE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU IT HAS A MIND OF ITS OWN 

STATS

Okay this guys stats are(in many respects) pretty freaking good and pretty balanced its highest stat is its health at 110...that...is...awesome,its next stat is its attack at 80 and that is pretty useful because this guy is sort of a mixed attacker so this is going to be useful,next we have its defense at level 90 that is such a good stat and that will save you alot take it use it abuse it...that sounded kind of...provocative, anyway lets move on before this thread gets closed are next stat is its special attack at 95...this is basically the same thing as its attack except now its great and this stat is going to help you because this guy is a mixed attacker,okay next we have its special defense most of this guys weaknesses are special attack well most of the time at least,are last stat is are speed at 65 its kind of sucks but you guys have to admit that this is a fair trade off so i dont think its to much of a problem,okay this guy does not have to many weaknesses he only has 4 and i think that is fair those are rock(yeah i...i dont know either) electric grass and fighting type and sadly ALL OF THOSE ARE COMMON....so expect to see these often still if you can get past that you wont have much of a problem 

TMS AND HMS

Okay this is...Kind of...okay

Earthquake 
Rest

Alright this set is basically a mixed attacker and all out attack sort of a hybrid but still this thing does not have...to many bad tms but if it forces me to put a healing type move in here well..something might be wrong here

GYMS AND RIVAL

Okay guys dont worry this thing is really good against gyms even though it is pretty slow its bulk makes up for it this thing can take so many hits from anything its INSANE even when i was facing the most powerful gyms i almost never got killed in 1 hits even when i was facing my weaknesses...i dont know why i was so stupid to face my weaknesses though but what ever,alright this thing is going to have some problems against your rival but remember its not because the rivals a.i is so advance its just because your rival has a wide range of pokemon so just have your back up team on standby and try not to be to risky even though this guy has bulk its not invisible,trainers are NOTHING NOTHING BUT CANNON FODDER WORTHLESS DRONES WILLING TO DIE FOR THERE QUEEN THEY ARE A NUISANCE NOT A THREAT...there i got that out of the way anyway finally should you take this thing to the elite 4....Maybe this thing might just work out if you have a back up plan and this guy could easily take down some dragon type pokmon so this guy can work but no promises

Final thoughts:man this is a great pokemon it has some problems but even you guys have to admit this is a good pokemon its moveset is alright its stats are awesome and as balanced as you can get them its tms are okay and gyms and your rival will not have much fo a chance if you can take the time to think a little but still it does have its problems so i...cant really give it a 4/5 but i can give it my agent of awesomeness badge you earned it buddy
