I have listed the characters that are most likely to appear, (well, okay, maybe not Uncle Andross but. . . )
But of course you can post a character who is not listed on the poll here. The ones I listed are just the most likely.

I'll give my two cents in later.

Technically, Andross is already in Smash. He's one of the ATs.

My vote's for Krystal, just because I think she could easily kick ass with that staff of hers. Combine with Star Fox's tech, you have something that could potentially be better for the Star Fox lineup.

Okay so call it wishful thinking but I chose other. Now who in the heck could I pick from in the universe from Star Fox? Members of Star Wolf? Maybe a joke pick on General Pepper perhaps? Nah. I call it wishful thinking because out of the characters (sorry Peppy, you're a good old retiree' now. You did your job and did it amazingly well. Take a break, man) but I would somehow like to see Miyu of Fey. Yes, yes, I know Star Fox 2 was never completely finished and out on the market. But with two new characters to the series entirely that took place in Star Fox 2, these two lovely ladies could easily have some cool move sets that are new and special moves as well.

I could always pick Slippy yes but i'm stuck in the mindset that he's better off an engineer and somewhat of an Arwing pilot than a fighter. Plus I am all about the "Triple Landmaster Sundae" with Falco, Fox, and Wolf but it couldn't hurt them to go way outside the box. But like I stated: its wishful thinking. 

Honestly I would choose Leon. 
 
He's cool. (in SF64 at least) and give him some gadgets and he's a great fighter. give him a whip, a shield similar to wolf, and martial arts and he's ready to go.

I'll vote for Leon too. Honestly He'd seemed perfect for the job.



I would choose silppy, but there's one thing about him...



He's too Much of a weakling, He's constantly crying for help, Can't battle off other people attacking him.. He would be a bad choice  to be the next character in Smash bros wii u  Imo.

Yeah, I really like Leon from Star Fox 64.

Although I think that Slippy wouldn't do that bad, I mean,
he can fight pretty well when a real person is behind the controller.

I guess that it depends on what Nintendo wants to do.
I bet that Krystal is the most likely character to appear

As a hardcore Melee player, I know that the spacies require extreme tech skill to master. Imaging Krystal with a Shiek like playstyle and Fox's tech skill. Awesome.
