If there is, then I got a detention once, but it was a mistake in the first place. I was absent for a few days, and I was not informed of the "big homework assignment". My teachers always tell us to check their websites for any new homework, but many of my teachers back then neglected to update anything, so it was January, but my teacher's website only had the homework posted in October. Lovely.

Never have I. Not even once, it is a waste of time and I am probably not even allowed to do anything in detention I am assuming, so it is utterly pointless. So I try to avoid getting it by all means because it is a waste of my time and I have a lot of  more important things to be doing than wasting my time at school because I couldn't behave and acted like a fool.  So basically I see it as a waste of time and I avoid it by all means possible. So I have never gotten it before and I don't plan to either. It is lame and pointless.
