1. "Highest Level" Answer - Uh... they go either forever or up to like 9,999,999.

There is no other way to level up than to post. You get exp for each post. The more posts you have AND the longer you have been here, the more points each of your posts are worth. Davideo7, the creator of this site, is the highest level since he has been here longer than anyone and has the most posts out of anyone. The closest person is almost 10,000 posts under him. So he gets a LOT of exp for each posts he makes.

its obviously davideo as rcarter pointed out, his longevity in vizzed gives him a much higher exp and total worth from each of his posts, he is like level 250 or something like that and next is geeo. Users like septembern, legacyme, thing1, thenumberone and rcarter have levels in the low to high 100s. So in order, davideo, geeogree and then legacy since they have the most posts and have been here the longest. So there is how you calculate that. And the only way to get a higher level is by posting. I am level 64. My goal is to reach and pass level 100 even though I have only been here a short period of time. But to answer your question, davideo7 is currently on the highest level, followed by geeogree, the only two users to be in the 200th level and up.
