In addition to that why not show some appreciation to the staff and donatiors for putting in work and actually doing things to better the site and contribute to the site after all they put in more time contribution then most of the previous people mentioned here. Based on play4fun's definition, I am part of the "old in crowd". None of my friends who used to be in my crowd are even active, expect for legacyme3, but he came in kinda later. It is a real shame that they're all gone. I can't seem to fit into the new in crowd, so I am okay being on the outside.

Who determines who the "In crowd" is?  Cuz like Frodlex doesn't consider himself part of the in crowd but I always make sure to read his posts when I come across them.  There are a few others who's posts I read regularly, while some of them I'll put less stock in. I really couldn't tell you exactly what makes me pick and choose I know age is a factor, all that Pokemon talk drives me nuts.  Also if I see their names come up for highscores of games I'm playing then I'll tend to read their posts as well.  There are other things I consider but it is hard to put a finger on them right now.  Examples of peoples posts I tend to read include, but not limited to, actually I'd prefer not just plaster it across the board like that cuz, well just cuz.

I love the fact that I'm in between the current 'new crowd' and the previous one. The newest one came up some months after I joined, and the previous one was getting 'to an end' a little before. It gives me the safe conclusion that I'm not in the crowd, which I'd always prefer. I have friends from both, which is a good thing. You can sort of help the newer users while still being able to call an 'elder' for help yourself. If I'd really had to name some active/best known people considered of 'the new crowd', I'd go with
