Now go and post 5 more times and then you will earn the Normal user rank. With that rank you can make layouts and edit game pages, their are probably a few more requirements but it has been awhile since I was a Newbie so I don't know what I was restricted from.

Well anyway, you are welcome to the site whether new or old, now just follow the site rules and you should be fine.

P.S: You seem a talented guy with all of that mod work under your belt. Keep up the good work
