So if one person chooses the Giants schedule, then they play the opponents that the Giants would face (the opponents being other Vizzed members), but they can choose whatever team they want. This way, each member can truly experience the joy of playing like in an NFL season, but aren't restricted by using the team whose schedule they chose to follow. This probably sounds really confusing so if you don't get it, I'll try to explain it better.

No matter which way you choose to explain it it seems that your idea still requires people to play as teams they are not comfortable with. A player will forced to be the Jags and other bad teams. We have enough issues with players not playing their matches each week NOW when they are able to choose whatever team they want. If we change the rules to something like this, it will be even worse.

If I'm understanding you correctly we would do the same thing we are currently but with most people and more games. The schedule would resemble actual football as opposed to our currently schedule which is more reminiscent of fantasy football.

The schedule would resemble actual football as opposed to our currently schedule which is more reminiscent of fantasy football. 
Am I getting this right ?

jtotherock23 : Pretty much. It basically organizes it better (because it is a schedule already predetermined) and it feels like an actual NFL season. There would be a bye week and a user would have their division and opponents organized. In addition, the two users who play each other can use whatever team they want.

If players can choose whatever team they want, then the differences seem minimal.

There's obviously an increase in difficulty in trying to get 32 active people, which is why David saif he would do it only if enough people are interested.

If you don't think that people will want the schedule of a team like the Jags, then a user can be randomly matched to a team's schedule.

This is just a minor revision, unlike last time when it wouldve limited a user to using only that team. And it's not the only part of the suggestion. There was also the suggestion to give out Viz to divisional winners too.
