1.if you picked bulbasaur you're good
2.if you picked Sqirtle or charmander, you will have to find a mankey
bulbasaur:if you get him to a level he will learn vine whip
mankey:if you get to a level he will learn karate chop
now,when i played fire red i wanted to do vine whip and it said it was super effective.
now for mankey, fighting beats rock so do karate chop i don't know if low kick does a lot. sorry

then, you will get super effective when you do those moves i hope this helped anyone.

I actually used to have trouble with Brock with bulbasaur and charmander until I leveled them up to a certain level and they learn effective moves against Brock bulbasaur being more difficult since the Forrest is filled with bug types I actually had no problem using squirtle though.

Thanks man I never though about using Mankey since he usually starts to faint alot on the sixth gym.

By the way those moves are metal claw and vine whip.

This is pretty good. YOu need to know this in order to beat him because he is quite strong! Brock's main weakness is grass, but grass types are weak so it is good to get a manky anyway!

I think this is some pretty valuable information you have here. This is vital information you need to know to beat Brock. I am glad that you made this, it is short, sweet, and to the pint.
