To expand on what rcarter said, the games cost Viz because they take up room on the server. That costs Davideo7 money, which in turn costs us Viz. If you think about it, we're honestly getting a great deal.

FYI, PSX games are free once you purchase the PSX item (currently on sale for 25,000 viz).

David did reduce the cost of games 50% because of all the site issues/maintenance and for some time before that they were free, just to give back to the users for being patient through it all..

That being said, you need the PSone ITEM to be able to play the PS games. This is done (as was said before by other users) mainly to control the bandwidth usage. Psone games are rather large.

He did reduce the cost of the Psone item 50% because of the aforementioned reasons so the item is only 25,000 Viz.
