The other day I suddenly got this odd glitch with the games. Every game I play now the picture is cut off a bit on the side and the bottom. I can't see the games good enough to play them.

Should be able to fix that with tapping the Ctrl and 0(zero) keys. While the game window is open, click on the web page and then tap the Ctrl & 0. That will reset the browser's zoom level (not sure why the games in the RGR are doing this if the browser zoom isn't changed to begin with), and then click back on the game window.

I think you might have accidentally zoomed in on your games. On google chrome, there is a magnifying glass, put it on 100% to return it to its default size. If you don't have google chrome, you will need to click on the purple boarder of the emulator and hold down CTRL whiling pressing 0 (zero). Hope this helps.
