I have to give props to Dr.Willy.

He can build his own army out of any item or idea. Even the coffee machine or a toaster could be a leathal weapon in this dudes hands.
Cheat Death, Escape Big Explosions and Captivity, Disguise himself.
The list goes on and on.

The only weakness I have seen in him is his paranoia and fixation on large castles.

His other fixation on mechanical animals could be an item to exploit as well due to the power-ups he often leaves in them.

Almost like Megaman is a large test subject of Willy's himself.
Why?
No info on it but there are many clues that lead to "Zero".
What ever the case.

Willy is one scary dude if you take him out of the Megaman universe To face off with the rest on the list.
