I've seen posts will words crossed out. I think it is cool and was wondering how to do it. Can anyone tell me how?

It works! As for your second question, I think the 'Help' subforum is to substitue a 'None' like you see in any other forums. I'm not really sure what qualifies as 'General Help' though.

Ah, that doesn't work with the 'Normal' new post editor. It can work if the poster likes to use the 'HTML' part of the post editor; otherwise, the 'Normal' only supports BBCodes (I had to find this out the hard way). This is useful for people who prefers html over bbcodes though.
