Well I went to bed I think possibly before ten pm but I think I know what happened I made myself some neocitran because I having throat issues (I feel mostly better) and it knocked me right out after awhile I didn't even hear the thunderstorm last night

I went to bed just past 5 AM last night. Spent too much time playing Elden Ring and reading my book.

For a while I was on a decent streak of going to bed reasonably early and waking up at around 10-11 AM every morning. Hopefully I can gradually course correct and resume waking up earlier in the day because waking up at 1 in the afternoon or later always makes me feel lousy.

I went to bed around 1am. Thats pretty much usual for my sleep schedule, especially since i had work the next day. I rarely sleep far past one regardless if i was off, but its good to keep a very consistent sleep schedule.
