Your level exp is basically a stat that steadily increases the more you post. Since you've only posted a few times, your level exp is low. To increase it, all you have to do is post more.

Your post exp, however, is determined by the number of words you have in each post. In other words, its the total number of words that you have posted.

I'm assuming that you have made posts at least 40 words, so your post xp should be that high. But that trend is rare, and if you continue to post, your level exp will eventually surpass your post exp.

Now, if I'm not mistaken, I'm pretty sure the level exp. increases the more you post steadily. I think the post exp. is calculated from the numbers of words you've posted, I think. I'm not really that sure.

I'm pretty sure your level exp. should be higher than your post exp, as most people do. It's not bad to have it vice versa, but it's really unlikely to keep it like that. In a few days, if you post more, it should equal out how most people's do. No big deal. Don't pay too much attention to it, it'll balance out eventually.
