Hi! I'm really new here and cause use some help. I tried playing castlevania earlier and my z and x buttons were not working. I could move left/right, and I could crouch, but I couldn't smack anything Simon's trademark whip, nor could I jump. Is this a recurring problem for people? I downloaded Vgr plug in and have used that to play games. I tried Super Mario Bros. but the buttons still did not work, please help!

Well I really can't give much advice except to double click the screen and change the controls. If that doesn't work try unplugging the keyboard and plugging it again. And if none of those work then just turn off the computer and turn it on again

Well you key could be a bit sticky from use I suggest switching to A key and S key or Q & W ok if not

mrfe : The First one, i tested a ton of nes games and even some gbc games, and the buttons refuse to work, but genesis games work fine, which sucks cause most of the games i want to play are nes games

Ok, so I tried the game and it worked fine. Which emulator are you playing with? For Castlevania, there was 3 different emulators. The far right one requires the RGR plugin, but the others don't. Try either of them, and see if they work.
