just make it so there has to have been no bid in 24 hours before it ends and subscribe to the thread, you get a notification every time someone makes a new bid.
if a user doesn't make a bid in 24 hours they get the boot to avoid sniping.
maybe give everyone a week before the start to say they want to take part so people dont just join near the end too.

I think people should submit their forum ideas to the global mod forum and thy pick the person with the bet forum idea. We don't need more pointless forums in the rented forum section.

That is exactly what I said. But what he was telling everyone was that I simply said that 2 1/2 years was no milestone. Then other people who didn't read what I said were partially on his said saying crap like "What the hell? How is that not a milestone". He didn't include that the forum has official milestone threads, and 2 1/2 years wasn't one of them But leaving out that little detail makes me look like the bag of a feminine hygiene product.

I saw the original post on his thread but not his facebpok, the only thing I see there is him complaining about depression so I guess he deleted it.

Caleb(Thing1) is a hard one to understand.
I've tried to talk with him via Facebook. The only thing he can think about is throwing this website to the depths.
I already told him that Vizzed is the main income of David's whole life. You just cannot close something like that.
I also tried to tell him that IF he would succeed in closing the site David could go for a lawsuit because of all the tons of money that would be wasted.. Then, thing1 would have even more problems then he already has.
I also told him to leave the Internet for a month or so. He's personality is way to sensitive to make use of Internet.. You see how such a small thing enraged him to close the website? That's because he takes things WAY to personal. The Internet is full of bullying people. And if you can't handle that, then you better don't use it. I tried to talk with David and thing1 at the same time. But, the only thing thing1 said was: I'm talking to David do you mind?.. After that, I didn't hear of him whatsoever. I'm worried about him in personal.
But, what makes me even more worried is him trying to destroy A LOT of things from the users of this site.

The biggest: David. This site is dedicated to his whole life.. This site's been there for so long, he put so much effort in it. Yet it would appear that someone would like to close it.. This is just rude..

the donations: there are a lot of people that gave the site a huge amount of money for future progressing. IF the site would close, all these thousands of maybe even more money would be completely flushed away.. This could also go to the lawsuit what gives thing1 a even bigger problem.

The Children: a lot of children are using this site, playing a lot of games, making progress. How would ALL these kids feel if they one day just lost ALL the hard work, the site is gone, and they didn't even know why..

The community: Eniitan was afraid of losing a lot of friends while this site would be closed.. I think a lot of people think differently about social network friendships. For the one it's more important then the other. And for some it's even just a way to consume time. But, we do all know that the vizzed community is full of friend groups and lots of fun. If the site would close, ALL the friendship would be wasted off.

There are just to much things that thing1 didn't think of before deciding to enrage himself against the website..
He just went Rage mode against us without thinking of the consequences. This site had TO MUCH efforts from all kind of sides to be banned away. I don't know how to protect the site but, I just don't want it to be closed upon such a small argue point.
No one deserves Elite status until David's said so. If your thread get closed. SO BE IT. Don't make a to big rush about it.. It's only causes problems.

orionfoxgibson : Almost never talked to the guy. And I did not go to his Facebook. It was brought in a mod thread when the topic of giving a permanent ban was being discussed. And it isn't exactly private information. He was pretty vocal about it to a lot of people on the site.?

I mention it because the idea to ask him what he wants done with his forum was brought up, and I simply established why he has no say in what happens on this site anymore.?

I haven't posted here about it in 3 days and had no plans to do so again since the topic is done as far as I care. There is no beating a dead horse. There is no 'petty extras'. There is no quarrel between him and I aside from the quarrel he has with this entire site community.?

What exactly are you implying, and what is your point? If you don't want to discuss it, don't post in here. Otherwise, don't call me out on it.

well, since I'm the forum admin I'm going to make an executive decision regarding this forum.

If you want to buy this forum I want you to submit your idea to the global mods. I also want people to be able to pay about 100k Viz in order to get it. It's going to need a name change and mod change. Not sure how much that will end up costing but I'd wager 100k is a good place to start.
