I'm travelling to Vermilion City after defeating the 4 cerulean sisters, and 3 officers block my path and won't move until the squirtle squad has been dealt with.. does anyone know where the squirtle squad is?

Ephraim15 : Right below Cerulean you should see an opening below a fence to the left.  Follow it to find a cave.  Once you make it through the cave, talk to the police dude.  He'll give you squirtle and you should be able to proceed.
