The only shiny pokemon other than the red gyarados that I have captured is a shiny smeargle in pokemon emerald here on vizzed. I was going all crazy and typing in the chat box about how I caught her. I was so happy:

I used the Masuda Method (w/Shiny Charm) to hatch the Mudkip on the 498th egg. Later that day, I found Grimer while EV training my Mudkip.
I also randomly found the Herdier while trying to complete the pokedex.

My shiny pokemon are shiny electrike and red gyarados I don't know if red gyarados count. Catching shiny is the best thing happen to me when I catch rare pokemon, It really makes me happy.

I have found 2 shiny Pokémon in the main games a geodude that I killed because I didn't know what a shiny was then and a gible which my friend gave me but in Pokémon rumble I had a shiny voltorb ad in Pokémon showdown I got a shiny politoed in a random battle

I've never caught ANY shiny Pokémon, and it makes me soooo sad! Granted, I don't play games that often, but I've played Pokémon quite a bit in comparison to other games. I even finally beat a Pokémon game last year... kept playing... never ran across a SINGLE one!  Then I hear other people talking about shinies all the time and I'm just like "AGGGHHH!!!!"

I think the day I finally run across a shiny, I'm gonna throw a party.  :/

So there I was, finding Pokemon to train my Machoke. I was in Pearl, near the Valor Lakefront, and randomly, I SEE A SHINY GRAVELLER!!! I caught it successfully and it was only level 22 so I traded it to my friend's Soul Silver and it turned into a Golem, but he never used it.
