Hello everyone, welcome to VCS - CP edition! The mechanics is simple, be one of the top 10 users who gained the most CP for a day and you'll get points depending on the rankings.

top 1 - 10 points
top 2 - 9 points
top 3 - 8 points
top 4 - 7 points
top 5 - 6 points
top 6 - 5 points
top 7 - 4 points
top 8 - 3 points
top 9 - 2 points
top 10 - 1 point

The points will be added for each member, and the overall top 5 after a month will receive these prizes for Davideo7-

Yay, this got started! I don't do much posting-wise, but I'm certainly planning on participating in this! especially since I have quota from last month to make up for *goes to do staff work*

Well, I am not a staff, so that limits me, but I will be reviewing to get as many CP as I can this month! Plus, posting gets me a bunch. I am looking forward to doing my best!

Seems like a really fun competition. At least not much of a killer like the TDV. Though I already have the items that I only want from the item shop so I'm not sure why should I participate for Viz but good luck everyone!

What is the CP competition and how do I win it . I really want to win something on vizzed for once.

Davideo7 : Exactly how often could a person rate screenshots without categorizing it as cheating?

Mr. Zed : CP(or contribution points) are gained through participating on the board, helping with the rgr stuff, and doing mod actions (for moderators). The person with the highest CP within this month wins. You just have to do things that could give you CP's such as rating screenshots, uploading gameplay videos using the rgr plug in, writing reviews... and other stuff.

Juliet : Ok . What kind of stuff do mods do ? I wan to know so I can be one too.

Mr. Zed : It is very hard to become a mod, you have to follow all the rules, and be very active, also you have to fill out an application once a year. We had a lot of applications, many people want it.

Yeah... Don't think I'll be getting very far in these CP Competitions. I'll sit these out, most likely.

I can already see: I bet anything that there's gonna be a rate4rate scheme from members... People posting bad reviews and videos everywhere and trading rates to win CP... There should be a rule to forbid that action, and also people responsible to judge and punish people who do this in order to get CP.

That's an easy way to spam. While this may not be a posting competition, you can still be banned for spam, and since CP can be on posts, you could get DQ'd from that as well. Just a friendly reminder .
mvhupsel : That's basically impossible to do unless the mods actually look out for that. It's unfortunate, but it will likely happen. We will probably see a large group of newbies/normal members placing every day as a result.
