I think Froslass Because it freezes its enemy to death and then displays them. Imagine your friend Froslass that you caught a month ago, you two were strolling in the Tundra looking for Froslass's home to be nostalgic on how you first got her as a Snorunt. You were just wandering around with her when you find out she has a collection of dead frozen Pokémon. An entire collection. She may like you now but if you cross her she'll kill you, freeze you, then display you for everyone of her friends to see. How frightening is that. Imagine accidentally hitting her and then bam. Your dead and is stuck in ice. DEAD.

That ONE Hypno is sort of scary. But I think that because it was only that one Hypno you can't really call them all creepy. And eating dreams is just meh. I have got the feeling that Prof. Oak could have done better by just keeping a Froslass instead of a pet Trainer so... you can't hate.
