It depends on the water thing, usually I'll drink when I get thirsty so it can vary a lot. However the food is different because I did go through this period where I couldn't eat a whole lot and so I didn't eat very often... so a lot of time would pass between my meals that I can't come up with an exact number for. I'd say about seven or eight hours rather regularly for a short period of time. *nod nod* Water though, probably three or four hours.

I went nearly 12 hours without water but I had something to drink after I got dehydrated, and I can go nearly 8 hours without food after that it's just crazy due to not having food for a pretty long time.
