Well, I personally believe that they should bring back the death sentence to the UK. Reasons why: The fact that murderers only get life in prison means that they get away with taking another life, so they should be killed for Justice.

Reasons not: A person may have been killed for a crime but proved innocent a few months/years later.

I think that if someone murders MORE THAN ONE person, than they should get the death penalty. Others may argue that life in prison is worse and they deserve a worse penalty, but that's what I believe.

I'm one of the people who are against the death sentence as I believe its just stupping to the murderers level and you don't really gain anything from killing them.
And theres always the chance that you're killing an innocent person id rather have 5 guilty men in prison then killing an innocent man.
I believe life in prison is a more fitting sentence.
Having said that i know that someone might argue that i would think differently if this involved one of my family members and yes i probably would get angry but i don't think that justifies killing someone.
