How do you change the color scheme on your particular account screen, and others can see it. 
Like, some people have unique backgrounds and stuff. Is that a trusted member feature or something.

Eniitan : for example (sorry for an unnecessary summon; I hope it's cool with you that I use you for an example ). She's got a cool background and account layout on her account screen. How do you do that. Do you need TP.
