Okay, I am going to teach you how to get emulators without Jailbreak on your iPod, iPhone, or iPad.

Step 1: Change your iPod's date back to July 5th or earlier. You must do this, or they will not be able to download and it will not work. You also must keep this as the date or the emulators will not work.
Step 2: Open safari in your iPod and type in this link: http://emu4ios.weebly.com/downloads.html
Step 3: There are a few emulator apps to choose from. For now you can only have one app, if you try to download another one it will overwrite. But don't worry, PyroFilmsFX, the creator of this website, is planning on fixing that problem in a couple of weeks.
There are quite a few apps to choose from. There are emulators of NES, SNES, GBC, GBA, DS(Yes, you heard me right. Nintendo DS), Sega Master system, Sega Genesis, and there are two apps that let you record your iPod's screen.
Step 4: If you are choosing an emulator to download, for example, GBA. Just press download when on that page on your iPod. Once it's installed, press on it. There will be no GBA games, or games of any sort. There is a magnifying glass button in the corner of the screen. Press it, and you will be brought to CoolRoms.com to download a GBA game. Tap a game, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the download button.
Step 5: You will be brought to a screen with a square in the middle, and the name of the GBA game you have just downloaded. In the corner of the screen, there will be a button that says open in GBA4iOS. Press it, and you will be redirected to your GBA emulator, with the game installed.
Press it, and have fun!

zelda2 : Whoa, this is useful stuff. I never knew you could even play or download roms or emulators on apple...anyways, thanks for making this. I do not have an apple tablet thing-a-ma-bob, but may get one in like 2019 :/

zelda2 : One question, how do controls work? I mean an iPad only has like the volume, the power and the home button?

FunnyFurret : The controls are always on the screen, but the layout placing depends on the way you hold it. In this screenshot I took, it is on an upright angle. But if I turn my iPod sideways, it goes full screen and the controls are in different places to make it comfortable for full screen.

Jailbreaking your iPod might be easier because you can download as many emulators as you want and other things too. In not too sure if that's legal or not though. Some websites say its your product and you can do what you want with it and others say its illegal. 

Well, I tried and it works but I had to get rid of it because it messed up my WiFi, Internet, YouTube and Itunes. I eventually got rid of it and everything went back to normal. Does anyone how to prevent this problem?

Nice job making this man. I think this is very useful even though I don't have an apple mobile phone or device. But still though, you were very thorough in giving your information and all of the steps needed to do it correctly. Clearly you put a lot of effort and time into making this and I am sure that this will be very useful for a lot of people. Anyway, to answer the question, yes. Jailbreaking, as the sketchy name indicates, is illegal.

Robertoman : My only suggestion is to try to jailbreak your ipod. If the jailbreak messes up your ipod then you'll have to do an itunes restore. No worries

Well this is nice to know since I just acquired a IPod touch 4 16GB. Do I have to down grade the Ipod though to download the emulator and what is the perks to having a emulator on my IPod touch 4? 

Divine Aurora : Perks? You can take and play the games wherever you want (no need to go on vizzed or computer), the emulators have a lot of options, it's more comfortable to play on a mobile device.
I'm not sure if you need to downgrade or not, but you should try it.

   Wow, I've been looking everywhere for something like this but I have never been successful at finding a way for IOS emulators without a jailbreak.  I wanted to get some emulators on my Ipad without jailbreaking (Because of the risk.  It is fairly new so I don't want to do it).  This is very use full.  

   Do you know exactly how this guy gets it onto your apple device without the need for a jailbreak?  Also, does it contain any viruses or ways to ruin your device (Sill question but oh well )
