I thought that I would have an idea for a hack and have it ready soon, but, sadly, I have not been able to find the time to work on it. I am not going to be submitting anything this year, but the next contest that comes up, I will make an entry.

I like pokemon games but i desire that you add more N64 games and more mame game. I think the best game are N64 and Mame (Geo-neo) . Is my opinion sure. Thanks very much for opportunity that you give us.

Hey guys, got a question concerning the vizzed.com at the beginning "thing":
Does it necessarily need to be there(where it says GameFreak blabla)or can I also place vizzed.com somewhere else like in the "whiteboard"(the part where there's a Pikachu up and it says some super emotional things like "talk to all people")or in Oak's introduction?

The way i understand it is, it must be on the title screen. It does not have to be where the "gamefreak" logo is. You can put it anywhere as long as its on the title screen.

There's only 11 days left of this competition, do you guys think it needs to be delayed by just 1 more month?

Davideo7 : I have started on SMW... I dont know when the other competition started but if its after april I probably will be done... 

and no I dont think it should be postponed another month... because the payout date of April 21st is my birthday.

LocksmithArmy : The next competition hasn't had an official start date yet but I was hoping sometime in spring, a month or 2 before summer vacation starts for everyone.

I should have my guides done by then.
Another month will help users finish up their hacks and maybe add a few things. Maybe you should make the due date 2 or 3 months before the payout date and they payout date could be a few days before the next competition starts. Or you can let users submit hacks after the due date, but they won't get their hack advertised by you. (They'll have to promote their hacks themselves)

We're only 25% done and we barely have been testing and improving it. I guess it's okay for now. I hope we can edit it later.

I'm letting everyone know that I've extended the deadline by just 1 more month. The submission deadline is now February 21st and the new payout date is May 21st. I can guarantee that this will be the last extension.

LocksmithArmy : I apologize for this but I probably wouldn't have had $200 to pay you in April anyway. Due to me owing a lot of money in taxes and due to the huge revenue drop vizzed shortly after this competition started, I'm not going to have any money left over after paying taxes (heck, I don't even have enough for taxes right now, I've been scrambling to come up with the money by selling stuff). I should be able to come up with the money in time for the new payout date.

No worries... you take care of you. Dont get in trouble with the irs now

Thank you for the heads up. Just read over the original post and my one question about getting Viz and such forever would be in affect. Looks like I will actually be able to release my full version of both games by then which is very nice. I believe only my Beta version of Pokemon G Version is in the competition which again is perfectly fine since the launch of the full version will have vizzed in the title screen if someone shows me how to do it really quick. My newest hack Final Flames I would like to know if it is or is not in the competition since it has received SO MUCH attention which was not surprising to me since many players have enjoyed my hacks leading up to this one which I am planning on in about 2 months to release the revamped version of it which will have even more changes and challenges. Again thank you so much for allowing me to be a published hacker on here and I will of course continue with making hacks and solely releasing them on this website only!

P.S. If I actually get placed in the top 3 or whatever in this competition I would actually like to donate my earnings to the website itself to make sure it is kept maintained. I like to know I am doing my part in helping since I am not able to actually donate any money on here only game hits which actually benefits both me and the website so it still doesn't really count.

Davideo7 again looks like this weekend I will be able to get the gamecube games in my possession so I will be able to what I will be able to donate just to get a price check and I should have a decision on the other games I mentioned before in the thread. Anything else I could do to help out the website let me know.

Deadend136 : Thanks, I appreciate it. I really feel like Vizzed is the best place to submit hacks to. The games get the most possible exposure, you get full control over your own game's page, you get instant feedback from your fans, the fans can play the game right on the site which increases the number of fans, you get to see plenty of statistics regarding your game, etc. Even though Vizzed is mostly recognized as an online retro gaming site, I think it'll eventually be recognized as a rom hacking site as well which would be great.

Davideo7 : you are doing something really great here. Its so sweet that someone made a site that is this awesome where everyone is polite and you can just have a good time playing games with no one bugging you about what you like to play. You are a smart man bruzzin. I'm new to the site and I just love it so far. Do you always have competitions where you give away money like that? If you could tell me where I go to do this Pokémon hack it would be very useful because right now the site is very hard to get used to with posting and hacking and such, but other than that it is awesome.

Yeah once a month I hold a competition where users can win $50 and $25. Once in a while I hold competitions like this one where the prize is bigger.

Davideo7 : Not that it matters but I actually found this website when googling a hack I wanted to play and it showed up on like the 2nd page of google. I ended up signing up just so I can play more Pokemon hacks and actually save my place in game then I saw the really awesome board with the topics and I think it was one weekend I just went nuts with putting up game reviews and went active on the board.
