You now earn Viz and CP for submitting videos to the vizzed youtube account. You earn 0.1 CP and 50 Viz for each minute long your video is. So for example, a 15 minute video would earn you 1.5 CP and 750 Viz. There is a limit on how much Viz and CP you can earn per a video and that limit is 12 CP and 6000 Viz (that's not factoring in the CP and Viz multipliers).

Videos have to be uploaded to the vizzed youtube account to qualify. It can take up to 24 hours to receive your Viz and CP. This gives the staff and the site script enough time to make sure that the video is legit.

sonikku : Good question. No you don't have to but it'll be harder for you to earn CP since you'll only be able to earn CP when your video is rated a 4 or 5. So if you continue to upload to your own account, you'll have to upload around double the amount of videos as everyone else (unless you choose to upload videos to both accounts).
