Did you know that on super mario world donut plains 1 you can get the secret without the green switch? I just did it all you need is a feather and precise jumps and movement.

It is hard but you need to figure out how to fly over the pipe. You can do the spin jump flying trick if you want to.

I tried this. I barely get success. For me, it takes one feather to get through the level that has the secret pipe to the blue switch level. I suck at using a keyboard! XD

Also do you guys know how to get the top secret area? It is quite rewarding and very simple if you have the feather as well. In donut ghost house there is a secret (you will have to fly up to get there) You will be followed by boos when walking on the platform: You will have to run a bit but there may be a need for you to do spin jumps or jump over the boos. You will come to this pit like thing where you free fall: this is the part: there will blocks there as well: these contain 1ups. There will be a door (no p-switch needed) go in that than the level will be finished after you hit the main goal point and you will have unlocked the top secret area.
