Does Vizzed keep going down for everyone else?
For me, Vizzed goes down every 20 or so minutes and then it isn't back up for 10 more. I want to know if anyone else has this problem.

For some reason, this thread posted around 6 times. The reason I think it is down sometimes is due to the mass visitation it probably gets. It's down pretty often for me, as well, but not usually for much longer than 10 minutes, if that. Bandwidth for this site must be pretty high, I'm sure, so that is most likely the reason for its temporarily going down every so often.

Vizzed goes down because there are like 2 or 3 servers for the site and over 300,000 members and it puts stress on the server when alot of members refresh the page or jump from page to page.

Well, for me, I would also get the same problem frequently too. Like after I have been using vizzed for 30 minutes, vizzed would become down, but after a few moments, it would go up again, but sometimes it would take 10 minutes to go up again though.

mohammedroxx3 : Yeah, that is kind of the same for me. After a half an hour or so, it usually will fail to load pages or just stutter. I also have multiple tabs up on Vizzed, as well, so that may contribute to the problem. But like I, and you, said, it is normally down for no longer than 10 minutes or so.

Yes, it goes down for me so often now it seems. Like every time I submit a post it takes forever for it to go through and my screen shows up with a server strain that lasts for like 20 minutes and it is really annoying. This happens a lot but I am glad that it does eventually come back up again.


It seems like it never happened this often before and now it is happening way more frequently now. I hope that it gets fixed and it doesn't occur so much. I am glad that vizzed is running now though, I hate it when it goes under a strain like that.
